Vegan Banana Bread

1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour

1 Cup Oat Flour

3-4 Over Ripe Bananas

2 Teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar

1/3 Cup Oil (Coconut or Vegetable)

2 Teaspoons Maple Syrup

1/2 Cup Unsweetened coconut milk

1 Teaspoon Baking Soda

1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

3 Teaspoons Cinnamon

2/3 Cups Coconut Sugar


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Lightly grease loaf pan.

Mix wet and dry ingredients separately.

Combine and fold gently.

Pour batter into pre-greased loaf pan.

Bake for 40-60 minutes.

Allow to cool completely before cutting.
